Cathy approaches yoga with simplicity. Drawing from her experience as a chiropractor, she focuses on spinal movement in the posos to bring about overall health and balance. Her training is Iyengar based, and in keeping with yogic philosophy, she encourages students to find the true teacher who resides within the individual.

 
YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION

GENERAL: Exploration of all categories of poses: standing, forward bends, back bends, inversions, twistings and restoratives. Focus is on alignment and developing kinesthetic sense of posture.


GENTLE: Designed for those with injury or chronic conditions. Focus on developing physical awareness and appropriate use of props.
