Currently, Cathy is on sabbatical from teaching classes. She sees clients privately for evaluation or to set up home practice.

 

Cathy approaches yoga with simplicity. Drawing from her experience as a chiropractor, she focuses on spinal movement in the poses to bring about overall health and balance. Her training is Iyengar based. In keeping with yogic philosophy, she encourages students to find their true teacher by developing a dialogue with the body.
